Great professional service from the minute I made the phone call to when my vehicle was completed. They helped guide me through the process of getting some rock chips repaired and gave us suggestions on when to use insurance or pay out of pocket. We were in a timely crunch and they were very accommodating without them looking rushed. The rock chip repairs came out amazing and saved us a ton of money. I'm a mechanic by trade and have seen some poor windshield repairs done by other places but these guys do amazing work. They have replaced windshields for me in the past on my older vehicles with no issues after the replacement. Working in the automotive field I have also seen some poor workmanship from other shops that damage trim, headliners, cowling, and sometimes forget to tighten down wiper arms. They have done work in the past on some of our customers cars with great feedback. I Will continue to recommend R&R as an automotive professional knowing they will always do the job right.

Called to get a windshield chip repair and got an appointment same day, was done within 30mins of arrival. Very quick and friendly. Can barely see the chip anymore.
*Edit* Just wanted to update because I ended up going back to get the windshield replaced on a new car I purchased, they replaced the same day I called and came out great, very reasonable pricing as well.

This is the absolute best place to have a windshield replaced. They did mine today in a little over an hour. They were upfront and honest and so friendly. They were able to fix what the big named repair place messed up the last time I had a windshield replaced. I recommend them 100%, and I will absolutely go back to them.

Months for two different cars, both times I was given an amazing price and was able to get same day or next day install and I only waited about an hour each time while they replaced the glass . One was a side window one was a windshield. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks for everything!

Staff is incredibly courteous and accommodating. Windshield replacement quote was half of Safelite and I’d consider coming back even if they were more expensive. Service was that good. They also do ADAS/automatic braking calibration, which I couldn’t find from most auto glass repair shops.
